• Accounts found to be registered using false identity information will be permanently suspended and funds will be held pending investigation.

3Age Verification — 18+ Only

• By registering on pk666, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

6Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pk666 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are available within each market on the sportsbook.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once pk666 has confirmed acceptance. You will receive a bet ID as confirmation. Any bet for which no confirmation is received should be treated as void.
• Minimum Bet: Rs 200 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. The maximum for any specific market is shown at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator Bets: Minimum of two selections. All legs must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one or more legs are voided, those legs are removed and the accumulator pays out on the remaining legs at adjusted combined odds.
• Live In-Play Betting: pk666 offers in-play betting on selected events. Live odds update in real time. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. pk666 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any event at any time.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum completion point required for the market to be settled (as defined in the sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious Errors: pk666 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error. Users will be notified of any such voiding and stakes will be returned in full.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled as soon as the official result is confirmed by the relevant governing body. Settlement times vary by sport and competition. Cricket bets are typically settled within 30 minutes of the final result.
• Cashing Out: Where a cash-out option is available, the value offered by pk666 is calculated at the current market price. Cash-out requests are processed in real time and are subject to market availability at the moment of request.

7Casino and Live Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games — both RNG (Random Number Generator) games and live dealer tables — available on pk666.

• All RNG casino games on pk666 use certified random number generation, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories.
• Live casino games are supplied by licensed third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface before you join a table.

8Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to defraud pk666 through manipulation of payment systems, chargebacks, or exploiting technical errors.
• Coordinating bets with other users to exploit promotional offers ("bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting" in collusion).
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other conduct that constitutes cheating in the context of the sporting events offered on pk666.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering).
• Allowing a minor to use your pk666 account.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at pk666 staff or other users via the customer support or live chat functions.

9Account Suspension and Closure

• pk666 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, account funds will be held pending investigation. Timeframes for resolution will be communicated to the account holder.
• Users may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting pk666 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets will be settled normally; funds will be returned after settlement minus any outstanding bonus obligations.
• Self-exclusion requests (see Section 10) are a form of voluntary closure with additional safeguards and are processed separately.
• If your account is closed by pk666 due to a breach of Terms, you forfeit the right to reclaim any bonus funds or promotional credits held in the account. Real-money deposits may be returned after investigation, at pk666's discretion.

10Responsible Gaming

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account by contacting pk666 customer support before the changes come into effect. Any bets placed before the effective date of updated Terms will be settled under the Terms in effect at the time the bet was placed.
